2015 Chevrolet Tahoe, Suburban, GMC Yukon Denali & Yukon XL revealed
The redesigned 2015 models of the Chevrolet Tahoe, the Chevrolet Suburban, the GMC Yukon, the GMC Yukon XL and the GMC Yukon Denali have been revealed.
Aside from the boxy new design, the main new features include a mildly-updated 355 hp 5.3-litre V8 with direct-injection and a 6-speed automatic, the availability of optional adaptive suspension, and finally, fold-flat second and third-row seats, which is something they’d previously been struggling to engineer even while almost everybody else offers them already.
Beyond the minor styling differences, there is hardly anything unique between the Chevrolet and GMC variants. General Motors claims the GMC models use slightly better interior materials, although not too much better, since they’re saving the good stuff for the pricier Cadillac Escalade, which again will be very similar with minor styling differences when it debuts later this year.
The new models are expected to hit the UAE, Saudi Arabia and other GCC markets by the summer of 2014.
