 Kaiyi E-5 (Starting price from AED 58,000)

The 2025 Kaiyi E-5 has a 1.5-litre 4-cylinder engine mated to a CVT. The car produces the most power on the list at 156hp. The E5 comes in three different trims with the same chassis, powertrain and 2 front airbags. The base trim includes keyless entry, push-to-start, and rear AC vents. To get the 7-inch LCD screen, you’ll have to upgrade to one of the two higher trims, including a 360 camera, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto and wireless charging for your mobile phone.

The Swift is quite light and also offers one of the best fuel-economy figures on this list. The GL is pretty bare-bones and has a standard audio system. Add a bit more money, and you get features like keyless entry and start, leather steering wheel and automatic A/C. The base model only gets you dual airbags, but with the GLX, you get side and curtain airbags.

Parking will be a piece of cake in this, but tall passengers probably won’t enjoy the ride at the back with the limited legroom. The higher trim, GT-Line, costs AED 10,000 more and offers much more features. On the exterior, you get LED headlights and 15-inch alloy wheels.
