Tesla Model 3 Starting Price Drops in the UAE

Tesla has introduced its most affordable vehicle in the UAE with the launch of the Model 3 Standard, aimed at accelerating electric vehicle adoption in the region. Since its global debut, the Model 3 has played a key role in bringing EVs into the mainstream, and the new entry-level variant makes Tesla ownership more accessible than ever in the UAE.

The Model 3 Standard retains the core strengths of the Model 3 lineup, including long range, strong efficiency, responsive performance, advanced software, and high safety standards, while focusing on lower running and ownership costs. Tesla claims a WLTP energy consumption figure of just 13.0 kWh/100 km, making it one of the most efficient vehicles on sale, including compared to smaller city cars.

Power comes from a highly efficient electric drivetrain, delivering a WLTP driving range of up to 534 km on a single charge. Performance remains competitive, with a 0–100 kph time of 6.2 seconds, placing it ahead of many hot hatchbacks while maintaining everyday comfort and interior space.

Owners also benefit from Tesla’s Supercharger network, which currently offers access to nearly 500 fast chargers across the Middle East. With fewer moving parts than internal combustion vehicles, maintenance requirements are minimal, with no oil changes or routine annual servicing needed. The new 18-inch Prismata wheels further help reduce energy consumption and tyre replacement costs.

In terms of practicality, the Model 3 Standard offers 594 litres of rear cargo space with the seats up, expanding to 1,659 litres with the rear seats folded. An additional 88 litres of storage is available in the front trunk, and the vehicle is rated to tow up to 1,000 kg.

The new variant also benefits from the latest updates recently introduced across the Model 3 range. These include a new front-facing camera with a wider field of view, integrated washer and heating to prevent fogging, redesigned indicator stalks, and adaptive headlights that selectively dim high-beam pixels to reduce glare for other road users.

Inside, the Model 3 Standard features new soft-touch textile seats designed for durability in all climates. The front seats are power-adjustable and heated and you also get a panoramic glass roof. Charging options include two wireless phone chargers, one front USB-C port, and two rear USB-C ports delivering up to 65W each.

As standard, the Model 3 comes equipped with Tesla’s signature features such as mobile app connectivity, voice commands, navigation with real-time Supercharger availability, entertainment and gaming functions, Phone Key, Remote Climate Control, Sentry Mode, and Dog Mode. Over-the-air software updates continue to add new features and improvements throughout ownership. Autopilot is included as standard, and the vehicle is hardware-ready for Full Self-Driving (Supervised), subject to regulatory approval in the UAE.

The Tesla Model 3 Standard is now available to order in the UAE at a starting price of AED 144,990, with deliveries expected to begin in March 2026.
