MHERO 2 launches in the UAE with over 1,300 km of hybrid range

Al Ghurair Mobility has officially launched the all-new MHERO 2 in the UAE, expanding the Chinese premium off-road brand’s local lineup alongside the larger MHERO 1. Designed to blend rugged capability with everyday luxury, the new plug-in hybrid SUV is aimed at buyers looking for high performance, advanced technology and genuine off-road ability in one package.

Urban-focused design

While the MHERO 1 was developed as an extreme off-road SUV, the MHERO 2 has been positioned as a more urban-focused model without sacrificing capability. It features a bold, squared-off exterior with muscular wheel arches, full-width LED lighting, illuminated front badging and distinctive alloy wheels that give it a commanding road presence.

Inside, the cabin combines premium materials with a technology-rich layout. Nappa leather upholstery, a panoramic sunroof, electrically adjustable seats with heating, ventilation and massage functions, a premium audio system and multiple digital displays create a luxury-focused environment.

Plug-in hybrid powertrain

Power comes from a 1.5-litre turbocharged petrol engine working alongside dual electric motors to produce a combined 677 hp and 848 Nm of torque. Power is sent to all four wheels through an intelligent all-wheel-drive system.

The MHERO 2 is capable of accelerating from 0-100 km/h in around five seconds while also delivering a claimed combined driving range of up to 1,300 km, allowing drivers to complete long-distance journeys with fewer fuel stops.

Built for road and trail

Despite its luxury focus, the MHERO 2 retains serious off-road credentials. Multiple terrain modes, adjustable suspension, intelligent torque distribution and advanced driver assistance systems allow the SUV to tackle sand, rocky trails and other challenging conditions while remaining comfortable on paved roads.

The SUV also integrates Huawei-powered intelligent technology, offering advanced connectivity, navigation and driver assistance features.

MHERO 2 UAE pricing

The MHERO 2 is now available through Al Ghurair Mobility showrooms across the UAE, with prices starting from approximately AED 199,000. The launch positions the SUV as a new competitor to premium electrified off-road SUVs, combining long-range plug-in hybrid efficiency with luxury features and genuine all-terrain capability.
