The BMW 4-Series Coupe has been officially released and is set to go on sale later this year. BMW will offer the 4-Series in two variants, the 428i and the 435i.

The 428i can hit from 0-100 kph in about 6 seconds, whereas the 435i can do from 0-100 kph in 5.5 seconds with the manual transmission and about 5.2 seconds with the 8-speed auto. Top speed for both models has been electronically limited to 250 kph.

An entry-level BMW 420i will debut later on in the year, which will have a 4-cylinder 2.0-litre engine producing about 184 hp.

  1. I duno y, i have a feeling this is targeted at the Cady ATS :p

  2. Exterior looks quite nice, but that interior somehow still doesnt do it for me. Best BMW still on the market is the 6 series GC

  3. 4 Series, wait! Lemme get my wallet.

  4. any idea of the price range ??

  5. Stunning. It looks like its gonna compete with the A5.

  6. going the Audi way i see…. all models look the same

  7. again the problem here is pricing, in the US this starts at 41k $, here it will be almost 75% more..BMW here is more expensive than Mercedes unlike the rest of the planet

  8. Nice car..
However, they should have made a 5 series coupe to compete with the Mercedes E Coupe and Audi.
This one looks more like an extended 3 series coupe; I didn’t get why the need a BMW 4 series when they have the 3 series coupe?

  9. my 2011 maxima does 5.5-5.6 on any day so i can expect to give these beemers my cars behind should they choose to get close 🙂 but ofcourse handling is where bmw masters it out …
