Alfa Romeo has chosen to slowly get rid of their petrol-engined line-up entirely in anticipation of several European markets banning internal-combustion cars in the near future. After a raft of special-edition versions of the Giulia and Stelvio Quadrifoglio models, two more have been introduced, dubbed the Alfa Romeo Quadrifoglio Super Sport editions.

It’s one of those cars that never dies, literally and figuratively. Aside from its reputation as a bulletproof offroader, the Nissan Patrol Y61 rides on a chassis that dates back to 1980, albeit with heavy updates, and the current iteration of it has been around since 2005, continuing alongside the Patrol Y62 as its more rough-and-tumble sibling. Long-time readers would have noticed that I spend my days in Canada now. As I was settling in with my family, we didn’t want to spend too much right off the bat on a car. After swapping through a variety of rentals, we got our local licences and set about buying something that wasn’t too old and wouldn’t be a reliability headache.

The Bad: – Limited rear legroom – Ride and handling – Acceleration and economy |

I used to dabble in automotive websites from the time I was briefly in a U.S. college during the dot-com bubble of 2000. I later transferred to a college in the UAE. The original portal was conceived and started back when I was still in college,
After a mid-life revamp, the GTS version of the Porsche Macan finds itself as the flagship of the German carmaker’s sub-compact crossover line, as the Macan Turbo disappears from the current range. Not that it matters though, as the new GTS is just as powerful as the “old” Turbo.
Cadillac has been shaking up their performance line-up. It’s all about the badges at the back of the car. After The ATS was rebranded as the CT4, the Cadillac CT4-V was downgraded to an entry-level sports sedan, placing it among the BMW M Sport, Audi S-whatever and second-tier Mercedes-AMG “43” or “45” models. That’s because GM had plans to introduce the Blackwing version within the V-Series line-up. The CT4-V Blackwing takes the battle to the BMW M and top-tier Mercedes-AMG models, and it literally has a black wing to boot.
