AGMC Appointed Official INEOS Automotive Distributor in the UAE
AGMC, one of the UAE’s leading importers of premium automotive brands, has been appointed as the official distributor for INEOS Automotive in the United Arab Emirates, marking a significant step in the British off-road brand’s regional expansion.
The announcement follows the opening of INEOS Automotive Middle East’s new head office in Dubai in September 2025. To mark the start of the partnership, INEOS Automotive’s range of purpose-built off-road vehicles will be showcased at a boutique pop-up showroom in Dubai Design District (D3) from 1 to 14 December 2025.
Under the agreement, AGMC will oversee sales, aftersales and customer support for INEOS Automotive in the UAE, leveraging its established dealer network, trained technicians and market expertise. From December 2025 onwards, all existing and future INEOS Automotive customers in the UAE will be able to service their vehicles through AGMC’s authorised facilities.
As part of the launch celebrations, the INEOS Grenadier 4X4 line-up will be displayed at the D3 pop-up showroom. The event will also mark the regional debut of the INEOS Grenadier Trialmaster X LETECH, featuring portal axles and a specialist off-road conversion developed by German off-road experts LETECH. The model is expected to appeal to serious off-road enthusiasts in the Middle East.

Commenting on the partnership, Dr. Andreas Schaaf, Group Director, AlBatha Automotive Group, said the Grenadier is well suited to the UAE market, highlighting the importance of the 4X4 segment and AGMC’s ability to support customers beyond the point of sale through its aftersales network.
Dan Balmer, Regional Director of INEOS Middle East & Africa, noted that the Middle East represents a key strategic market for the brand, citing the region’s strong off-road culture and demand for premium vehicles as drivers of INEOS Automotive’s continued growth.
The UAE appointment follows other global expansion milestones for INEOS Automotive, including the recent opening of a new Americas head office in New Jersey, USA.
The INEOS Grenadier station wagon is offered in three trims, including the five-seat Fieldmaster, which focuses on comfort with leather upholstery, 18-inch alloy wheels and safari windows. The more off-road-focused Trialmaster comes equipped with BFGoodrich all-terrain tyres, utility rails, access ladder, auxiliary battery and off-road navigation equipment. The standard Grenadier is positioned as a versatile family-oriented 4X4.

The Grenadier Quartermaster pick-up, making its first regional appearance at D3, is available in both Fieldmaster and Trialmaster specifications. It features permanent four-wheel drive along with dedicated off-road and wading modes as standard.
Also on display will be the limited-edition INEOS Grenadier Detour, created by the brand’s bespoke division, Arcane Works. Limited to 200 units globally, it features hand-finished details such as Arcane Works alloy wheels, fine-grain leather seats and a cashmere wool headliner.
All variants of the INEOS Grenadier are powered by BMW’s 3.0-litre turbocharged inline-six petrol engine, producing 282 hp (286 PS) and 450 Nm of torque, paired with an automatic transmission and permanent four-wheel drive.
