Elite Group Holding opens world’s largest Jetour service centre in Dubai

Jetour UAE distributor Elite Group Holding has officially unveiled what it describes as the largest Jetour service centre globally, further strengthening the brand’s growing aftersales network and customer ownership experience across the UAE.

Located on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai, the new flagship facility spans over 100,000 sq. ft. and has the capacity to service between 250 and 300 vehicles per day. The opening marks a significant expansion of Jetour UAE’s aftersales operations as the Chinese brand continues to grow its presence in the region.

Designed as a comprehensive one-stop destination for Jetour owners, the service centre combines advanced workshop technology with a customer-focused environment. The facility is operated by trained technicians and is equipped to handle maintenance and repair requirements for vehicles purchased through Jetour’s authorised showroom network.

Jetour says the new facility follows the concept of “The Home for Every Journey,” with the aim of transforming routine vehicle servicing into a more premium experience. Alongside workshop operations, the centre also includes customer lounges and wellness-focused amenities intended to improve overall convenience and comfort during service visits.

Commenting on the launch, Sam Shamsuddin, Regional Aftersales Manager at Jetour UAE, said this milestone reflects Elite Group Holding’s continued commitment to delivering a holistic automotive experience that extends far beyond the point of purchase.

He added that with the launch of its largest service centre, the company is further strengthening its ecosystem to ensure every customer journey is defined by trust, transparency, and long-term value.

The opening further expands Jetour UAE’s aftersales footprint across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and Ajman, improving accessibility for customers while increasing service capacity nationwide.

Jetour UAE currently offers a comprehensive ownership package that includes a 1 million km or 10-year warranty, roadside assistance, and 3 years or 30,000 km of complimentary servicing. Customers also gain access to the Jetour Owners Club, which offers exclusive events and engagement activities.
