iCAUR opens new Dubai showroom at Oasis Mall

iCAUR has expanded its presence in the UAE with the opening of a new showroom in Dubai, further strengthening its retail network in partnership with Autorun, the brand’s exclusive dealer in the emirate. The new facility is located at Oasis Mall on Sheikh Zayed Road in Al Quoz and forms part of the Chinese-owned new energy vehicle brand’s continued regional growth strategy.

New flagship location in Dubai

The showroom occupies 370 square metres within a total facility area of 883 square metres and has been designed to offer customers a technology-focused retail experience. The space can display up to five vehicles and features a range of digital touchpoints aimed at improving customer engagement and showcasing the brand’s latest products.

The opening adds to iCAUR’s growing network across the UAE, where the company already operates facilities in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and Sharjah. The Dubai location is expected to serve as a key sales and customer experience hub for the brand.

Interactive customer experience

A large interactive LED display serves as the centrepiece of the showroom, highlighting iCAUR’s “Born to Play” brand philosophy. Visitors can also explore vehicle information through interactive digital screens and other technologies designed to support the customer journey from vehicle discovery to purchase.

According to the company, the showroom has been designed to create a more immersive and engaging retail environment while reflecting the growing role of digital technologies in automotive sales and customer interaction.

Showcasing REEV technology

The new facility also places a strong emphasis on educating customers about iCAUR’s Range-Extended Electric Vehicle (REEV) technology. Dedicated display areas and product information zones have been incorporated throughout the showroom to help explain the benefits of the system.

REEV technology combines electric driving with a range-extending power source, allowing customers to enjoy electric vehicle efficiency while reducing concerns about charging infrastructure and driving range. The company believes the technology offers a practical solution for customers transitioning towards electrified mobility.

Strengthening UAE expansion

Speaking at the opening, iCAUR UAE Country Director Hope said the new showroom reflects the growing demand for intelligent new energy vehicles in the region and the company’s long-term commitment to the UAE market. Autorun UAE Chief Executive Officer Shoeib Amiri added that the facility has been designed to help customers better understand next-generation mobility solutions while supporting the brand’s continued growth in Dubai.

With the addition of the Oasis Mall showroom, iCAUR continues to expand its footprint across the UAE as competition intensifies in the region’s rapidly growing electric and new energy vehicle segment.
