The 2014 Ford Fusion has finally been officially launched in the GCC, at the 2013 Dubai Motor Show. Also making its UAE debut is the Ford Ecosport, alongside the Ford Atlas Concept truck and the carryover 2014 Ford line-up.

The next-generation 2015 Ford F-150 is already at the prototype stage, but the new design direction for the big truck has already been hinted at by the Ford Atlas Concept. The results of the 2013 Middle East Motor Awards were announced last evening at a ceremony on the Al Majaz Waterfront in Sharjah, hosted by Muhammed Ali Sajjad of the Expo Centre Sharjah. I was one of the 18 judges, although the cars were score and the points were tallied long ago, so were there just to hear who were the winners in each category, as well as Car Of The Year.
