With the new Stinger, K5 and K8 coming out in the past few months, Kia is bent on sprucing up their sedan lineup, even as others are trimming their sedan count down to zero. Now it is the time of its compact sedan, the 2022 Kia Cerato. The refreshed Cerato showed its face off in new pictures of the equivalent Kia K3 revealed in its South Korean home market. The Kia Cerato GT Hatchback also gets a preview along with the sedan.
Kia is updating their sedan range one by one. The Optima gave way to the new 2021 K5, followed by the Cadenza, making room for the larger and more upmarket K8. Now, they have taken the wraps off the 2022 Kia Stinger. The facelifted sedan now gets more power across its range.
Kia’s design language revolving around the tiger nose grill transformed Kia cars from being odd-looking copies of other cars to genuinely attractive machinery. Now, 13 years into the life of this design, Kia has now revamped it for the new era. The change in the design language succeeds the launch of their new logo and it debuts on an entirely new offering. This is Kia’s first battery-electric vehicle, Kia EV6.
Even with the SUV pandemic gripping the industry hard, some manufacturers thankfully are still choosing to spend their blood, sweat and tears on perfecting their sedans. One such manufacturer is Kia, launching their updated K5 (formerly known as Optima) last year. Now they have decided that the full-size Kia Cadenza should go upmarket and thus they broke out their drawing boards. Here is the result – the new 2022 Kia K8, a sleek and handsome sedan replacing the Cadenza.

With the recently launched Kia Seltos and the large Telluride making waves in different parts of the world, Kia is continuing its strong expansion in the crossover arena. The fourth-generation 2021 Kia Sorento was already revealed for Asian markets, but more details have been released with the debut of the U.S. version.
From the time Hyundai slipped the tiny Venue crossover “SUV” under the Creta in their lineup, it was only a matter of time before an equivalent Kia was on the way. Even while the Soul still exists globally, Kia has launched the 2021 Kia Sonet in India to be yet another installment to the ever-growing compact crossover segment. The Sonet packs the Seltos’ design features into a smaller footprint.

So to update their 2021 Kia Carnival, Kia took inspiration from the very popular “Improvise, Adapt, Overcome” meme. The new Carnival minivan has been infused with SUV styling elements to keep its head high in this raging sea of SUVs.
