In a surprise move, the Dubai-based Al Futtaim Group has announced that they will be the exclusive dealers for the Fisker line of electric cars in various GCC and Middle East countries. This will mark the first time that Fisker luxury plug-in hybrid vehicles become officially available in this region.

Visitors in New York got a glimpse of their to-be taxi at the Nissan stables at the 2012 New York Auto Show earlier this month. Mercedes-Benz has revealed further details about their updated G-Wagen. Joining the mildly-updated 388 hp G 500 is the all-new 544 hp G63 AMG replacing the G55 AMG, as well as a limited-production 612 hp G65 AMG.
