Hennessey Venom GT final edition has 1451 hp
The Hennessey Venom GT clocked 435.31 kph on February 14th, 2014 on the Shuttle Landing Runway at NASA’s Kennedy Space Center. This made the Venom GT the fastest production car, but with no official Guinness world record. Seven years after its introduction, Hennessey has decided to let the curtain fall on this Lotus Exige-based speed monster, but not without a bang.
Bengala renders a carbon-fibre Ferrari F12
The Ferrari’s V12 grand tourer, the F12 is a monster in its own right. With a 6.3-litre V12 dishing out 730 horses, the F12 is quite a tough act to follow. But the Italian design house, Bengala has pulled it off by going the weight shedding way. Welcome the Caballeria – a carbon-fibre bodied F12 Berlinetta with a limited production run of just 10 cars.
Geely’s Lynk & Co 03 sedan debuts
Lynk & Co, a new venture by Volvo’s parent company Geely, entered the car scene with the 01 crossover a few months ago. And now they have followed it up with a new sedan called 03. If the 01 was similar to the Volvo XC40, the 03 sedan will share some parts with the Volvo S40 sedan.

Until the beginning of last year, McLaren’s bread-and-butter was the 650S, but it proved too impractical for many in the market for these cars. Then there was the 570S, which was meant to be softer-driving and more practical. Alongside it came the 540C, which was supposed to be even softer. The Nissan Patrol LE had taken the world record (from a diesel VW Touareg) for the heaviest aircraft pulled, right here in the UAE. Now Porsche has finally broken the record by pulling an Airbus A380.
2018 Subaru Outback Estate revealed
Subaru took the covers off their 2018 Outback Estate at the 2017 New York Motor Show. The update brings the Outback closer to the recently refreshed Legacy and Crosstrek models with a more rugged appearance.

The UAE’s Ministry of Energy has announced the new prices for petrol that will be valid for the month of May.
