So we got a 2012 VW Eos
The facelifted-for-2012 Eos is our second test car from VW after the Tiguan, so we got to try out the rather-entertaining 2.0-litre TSI turbo yet again. Of course, there is more to this car than just the engine.

So MINI is not really elated about their existing line-up comprising various sizes ranging from sub-compacts to crossovers, but all based on the same design – and probably this gave birth to their all new “super-compact” MINI Coupe. The performance focused Coupe is engineered to deliver the thrills of a go-kart and achieve performance figures which makes it the sportiest MINI ever.

A facelift of this model has already been revealed, but it won’t differ much from this tester, aside from a new face. So it’s been over two months and about 7500 km with the car. The experience has been a very good one indeed, so far. The car provides a smooth commute as always and has been functioning very well. There hasn’t been any niggles except for some slight squeaks from the gearbox area as mentioned in the previous updates, which has now been fixed.
Our 2009 Renault Safrane hit the 10,000 km mark, so we took it in for a dealer service in Dubai. Making the appointment a day earlier by phone was hassle-free, and we dropped off the car at 10 am in the morning.
