More than 5,000 members of the UAE community participated in BMW Group Middle East’s ‘Stay Alert. Stay Alive.’ road safety campaign this month, exceeding expectations. Two Awareness Days were held at the Dubai Creek Park on Friday 09 April and on the Abu Dhabi corniche on Friday 16 April respectively; with the campaign continuing into BMW importers AGMC’s and Abu Dhabi Motor’s showrooms for the weeks following the Awareness Days.
AGMC, the exclusive importer of BMW Group vehicles in Dubai, Sharjah and the Northern Emirates, has opened the first phase of an AED80 million expansion of its flagship showroom on Dubai’s Sheikh Zayed Road.
AGMC, the exclusive importer for BMW and MINI in Dubai, Sharjah and the Northern Emirates, has fitted its 6000th vehicle with BMW ConnectedDrive, a single network that offers customers greater comfort, safety and advanced infotainment.
It seems AGMC, Dubai’s exclusive BMW dealer, recently held the first BMW M Power Driver Training session at the Dubai Autodrome. More than 30 AGMC customers attended the road safety awareness driver-training course with their own cars, new or old. Wait a minute…I own a BMW M Roadster, and I wasn’t invited. But then it hit me…I bought my car second-hand, and I’ve never stepped into an AGMC service bay, in the interests of avoiding the rumoured Dhs 1000 oil changes. I may have plastered my BMW all over this website, but AGMC has no record of me owning it.
