أعلنت ماكلارين أوتوموتيف عن تعيين عضويين جديدين لفريق الشركة للمساهمة في تنفيذ خططها العالمية والإقليمية، لإطلاق أول طراز ضمن مجموعتها من السيارات الرياضية عالية الأداء والذي يحمل اسم إم بي4-12سي (MP4-12C) والذي سيطرح في أسواق الشرق الأوسط صيف عام 2011.

وقد تم تعيين غريغ ليفين كمدير المبيعات والتسويق في ماكلارين أوتوموتيف، ليكون المسؤول عن تنفيذ خطط الشركة التسويقية للشركة في العام الأول لعملياتها التجارية. أما توم برايور، فهو يشغل منصب مدير التسويق والعلاقات العامة في الشرق الأوسط وأفريقيا.

يتمتع ليفين بخبرات كبيرة في مجال صناعة السيارات تمتدّ لما يزيد على 15 عاماً، شغل في خمس سنوات منها منصب رئيس لشركة أودي للسيارات في جنوب افريقيا.

Ford’s Conservation and Environmental Grants section yesterday awarded money to two projects from the UAE aimed at the preservation of UAE’s coral reefs and the fight against the illegal trade of animals in the region. We just received a press release stating that the 2011 Mini Countryman had its GCC launch in Dubai with a “two-day action packed adventure” for the media around the UAE. We also heard from some Sharjah newspaper journalist that even he was invited. But of course, we being a small-time website with only 100,000 audited GCC readers and 280,000 worldwide users, with five times more web traffic than Car Middle East or any other local website, were deemed not worthy enough to join the party.
