BMW have shed the details of their latest offering to the ‘green car’ industry, the X5 e-Drive. And yes, it is another plug-in concept model, only this time, it is based on the upcoming X5, and is expected to be unveiled in a few weeks at the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show.
While tuners nowadays painstakingly recreate exact replicas of classic cars from the olden days, it is a rare sight to see someone swerve off track to build a classic vehicle directly from their vision as to how it would look in the future. And while the car we are talking about is a Ford GT, what we have here may also look like an adaptation from Shelby’s GR-1 concept from 2005. It’s called the Galpin Ford GTR-1 and it was officially unveiled in Prototype at the Concept Lawn of Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance, which is held in Monterey, California.
Some weeks back we were treated with the BMW 4-Series with M-performance parts. But apparently, things are getting serious as BMW unveiled the M4 Coupe Concept at the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance at Monterey recently.
Several pictures of the facelifted version of the 2014 Toyota Land Cruiser Prado have been made its way into the internet, just before the launch of the 2014 Lexus GX460, with which it shares its platform and several other bits. The pictures first surfaced on a Russian Land Cruiser Club forum.
