Lamborghini unveiled a limited version of the Murcielago at the 2007 Frankfurt Auto Show. Calling it the Lamborghini Reventón, just 20 will be produced, and while it is based on the Murcielago LP640 completely under the skin, this car will be priced at 1 million Euros, before taxes.
In recent years, BMW has started showing off “concept” versions of near-production models. Keeping up this new tradition, they’ve unveiled the “concept” BMW X6 crossover 4WD coupe whatever at the 2007 Frankfurt Auto Show.
Three new German wagons will debut at the 2007 Frankfurt Motor Show – the Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG wagon, the Audi RS6 Avant, and the Porsche Cayenne GTS (which technically is a off-road 4WD, but who uses it as one?).
This apparently is a leaked first photo of the “new” Audi A4. It looks like it has some sort of sport kit on it. We are not sure if the platform is new, since the car looks like a simple facelift yet again, but we found some other info.
The all-new redesigned 2008 Mazda 6 will debut in Europe first, at the 2007 Frankfurt Auto Show. Seen here is a teaser photo released by Mazda. Based on the new Ford Mondeo, which incidentally hasn’t been released here either, it is expected to feature similar engine choices to the Ford, including a 3.5-litre V6.
Peugeot has been dead to us lately. Late last year, their Dubai reps postponed our date with a 407 Coupe four times in two months before eventually not responding any more. Not a good way to build a brand by ignoring the Middle East’s largest automotive portal (that’s right, we are the biggest now). Also not good is peddling outdated products such as the 206 and the 307 here. Europe already has a 207 and a 308, and they’ve come up with this concept for the upcoming Frankfurt Motor Show this year. Essentially, it will replace the slow 307 CC,
Quite possibly the most attractive Kia ever, the confusingly-named Pro-cee’d three-door hatchback will debut at the Frankfurt Auto Show this year.
After BMW showed their take on the four-door coupe idea at the 2007 Shanghai Auto Show, Audi joined the game at this show too, with a disastrous attempt at this genre.
